1 pinch of Salt
18g Corn starch
½ teaspoon of Vanilla essence*
150g Wheat flour
2g Baking powder*
23g Non-dairy milk
Sugar (for the topping)
Cinnamon (for the topping)
1.Mix together the margarine and sugar until the mixture is creamy.
2.Add the salt, corn starch and vanilla essence to the mixture and continue mixing.
3.Now add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, mix and then add the non-dairy milk.
4.Beat all the ingredients until evenly combined and store the dough a few minutes in the fridge to cool and harden a little.
5.For the topping mix the cinnamon and sugar.
6.Form the dough into approximately 30 small balls and coat them with the topping mixture.
7.Place them on the baking sheet and flatten gently to obtain a cookie shape.
8.Bake at 175ºC for about 12 minutes or until light Golden.
*Be careful with the vanilla essence, some may contain traces of milk.
*Be careful with the baking powder, some may contain egg traces.
*We recommend putting the dough in the fridge a little before forming cookies to make it easier to handle/knead them and not sticking to your hands.
