1 unit Egg
50g Almond flour
3 units Eggs
25g Banana liqueur
Previous almond mixture
Preparing the almond mixture.
1.Stir all the ingredients together until the mix is creamy and the color changes. Put aside.
For the banana cake.
1.Mix the banana and the sugar with a blender. Add in the eggs and keep blending.
2.Mix in the banana liqueur and finally, pour the almond mixture. Whisk it until smooth.
3.Pour the mixture into the previously greased tin.
4.Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
5.Leave it to cool and decorate it with the homemade dulce de leche.
