250 Vegetable milk
25g Corn starch
1,3g Stevia
1 pinch of Turmeric
½ teaspoon Vanilla essence*
1.Dilute the corn starch with 1/3 of the milk. Set aside.
2.Boil the rest of the milk together with the Stevia and stir in the corn starch previously disolved in milk.
3.Add in the turmeric and the vanilla essence while stirring constantly. Wait until it thickens.
4.Change it into a different immediately bowl so that it doesn't burn.
*Be careful with the vanilla essence, some may contain traces of milk.
*We used sweeteners, not sugar, in this recipe. However, due to its fat content, a moderate consumption is recommended for diabetics.
