*The quantities in this recipe are just an example, for a little amount of cream (2 people approximately).

*We will be using this cream as a filling in multiple recipes. In each one, we will specify the exact quantities needed.

  • 250 Vegetable milk

  • 25g Corn starch

  • 1,3g Stevia

  • 1 pinch of Turmeric

  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla essence*

  • 1.Dilute the corn starch with 1/3 of the milk. Set aside.

  • 2.Boil the rest of the milk together with the Stevia and stir in the corn starch previously disolved in milk.

  • 3.Add in the turmeric and the vanilla essence while stirring constantly. Wait until it thickens.

  • 4.Change it into a different immediately bowl so that it doesn't burn.

  • *Be careful with the vanilla essence, some may contain traces of milk.

  • *We used sweeteners, not sugar, in this recipe. However, due to its fat content, a moderate consumption is recommended for diabetics.
