250g Vegetable milk
25g Corn starch
3 units Yolks
1.Dilute the corn starch with 1/3 of the milk. Set aside.
2. Boil the rest of the milk together with the cinnamon, the orange and the lemon zest.
3.Beat the yolks and the sugar.
4.When the milk starts to boil, filter it to remove the cinnamon and the zest.
5.Put the milk back on the fire and add in the yolks and the sugar. Stir constantly, and add in the corn starch previously disolved in milk, until it thickens.
6.Once it has thickened, change it into a different bowl so that it doesn't burn.
*The sugar in this recipe can be replaced with 1,7g of Stevia powder for a free sugar version.
